The EU’s AI Act is more than a regulatory text—it’s a declaration of European values in the digital age. As pressure mounts to delay or weaken it, we must stay the course, provide clarity for innovators, and show that Europe stands by its democratic decisions.

To truly reclaim digital sovereignty, Europe must not only build its own infrastructure but also regain control over how digital skills are taught and certified. Moving away from dependency on foreign platforms is essential to ensure a resilient, values-based digital future.
